I understand that when I register, or a university-designee who registers on my behalf, for any class or at Mars University (the "university") that this agreement constitutes a financial obligation to pay tuition, fees, and other charges. I understand that my financial obligations are due by the billing due date. Students whose accounts are not paid by the established deadlines may be subject to course cancellation.

I agree and am responsible for reading and understanding the Tuition Refund Policy for refunds, withdrawals, and cancellations.

I authorize Mars University to contact me at my telephone number, email address, and contact information that I have provided or will provide in the future. These contracts may be made by automated telephone dialing systems, voice, or text messages, emails, or calls regarding my obligation to repay any debt I owe to the University.

I understand failure to pay by the appropriate due date may result in the university filing an unfavorable report with credit bureaus and commencing collection activities, including litigation. I understand that I will be responsible for all costs of collection incurred by the university

I understand that administrative, clerical, or technical billing errors do not absolve me of my financial responsibility to pay the correct amount of tuition, fees, and other association financial obligations.

I understand that this Agreement will remain in effect for current and future registrations at the university and/or receipt of services from the university.
